WORK
Amy was born in London where she attended the Jill Barrett Stage School. After moving to the Isle of Wight she trained in all aspects of dance at the Gillian Cartwright School of Dance.
At 18, Amy toured the UK and Europe with Mike Nolan and David Van Day´s 'New Bucks Fizz' as a lead vocalist and dancer, touring various theatres, clubs and music festivals notably the Finsbury Park Mardi Gras, where she performed to 85,000 alongside Kylie Minogue.
In 2003 she donned her stockings and suspenders to join the cast of Richard O Brien's 'Rocky Horror Show' where she toured extensively around Europe, understudying and playing the roles of Janet and Columbia.
She has performed in various summer seasons, pantomimes and plays with The Isle of Wight Theatres Ltd including Annie Oakley - 'Annie Get Your Gun', Aladdin - 'Aladdin' and Grace Farrell - 'Annie'.
Amy recently starred as a fighting nun on the Slovenian mountains for the BBC Ident for 'How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria?' This brings us up to date where Amy looks forward to her next role, be it on stage or screen. Watch this space!!
